An opportunity to get to know other executives before RED4 roundtable kicks off Monday morning, join us as the Cubs play the Cardinals. We will be reserving a Cubs rooftop overlooking Wrigley Field – a food buffet and drinks are included in the price of the ticket. There is limited availability and the ticket price is optional and not included in the regular event registration fee (you’ll see the additional charge on the registration page online).

We will be hosted by William Blair for the ONE time a year when we have an opportunity to meet in person and brainstorm, share best practices, develop new ways to drive forward in both our individual practices and RED Team collaborations. The overwhelming feedback from previous RED roundtables was that having an opportunity to meet in person is one of the most valuable services we can offer.

Jeff Leitner is a fellow at New America in Washington, D.C., and author of See Think Solve: A Simple Way to Tackle Tough Problems. He recently completed four years as Innovator in Residence at the University of Southern California, where he designed and launched the first-ever doctorate in social innovation. He was founder of Insight Labs, co-founder of UX for Good, and has consulted on substantive change to governments, like the U.S. Department of State and NASA; corporations like Starbucks and Panera; institutions like Harvard Medical School and TED; and NGOs, like Ashoka and the Dalai Lama for Peace and Education.

Jim Disanto has 25 years experience as a silicon valley tech executive and veteran entrepreneur, mainly in enterprise software, mobile applications, location based services, sensors, and automotive systems. During the past decade, Jim co-founded and led KonaWare, a pioneer in mobile applications for transportation/logistics, which he sold to Yamei Electronics of Beijing in 2009. Jim joined Yamei as a board director/GM and formed strategic partnerships with auto OEMs and Tier1s. Yamei was acquired by Trimble Navigation in 2011. Prior to this, Jim co-founded Simplexity Wireless, a leading MNVO with revenue in excess of $400M annually, and Vicinity (VCNT), one of the first web location based services, which went public in 2000, and was purchased by Microsoft (for MapPoint) in 2002. Jim is the co-founder and MD of Motus Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm funding businesses focusing on AI, Robotics and IoT. Jim serves or has served as a Board Member/Obsever and/or Advisor to companies including Waze, Auto-Talks, Quanergy, Doorman, Metawave, Argus Cyber Security, and others.

Dean Samuels is an Interim CIO and CTO, providing technology leadership to companies in transformation – from startup to rapid growth, new products, market expansion and M&A.  Clients have ranged from Alcatel-Lucent, to Genesys, Achieva.com (now Kaplan University), Reel.com and Hollywood Video, Visa, HP, Microsoft, Bank of America, Intel, and many other Silicon Valley companies. As CTO/CIO for Raptor Pharmaceuticals he helped take the company from $170 M in debt without FDA approval to $1.4 B market cap and FDA approval in 12 months. He currently serves as Fractional CFO of Frontier Scientific, leading business-strategic technology plan to innovate new platform for core business operations, customer order systems, molecular-compound & chemical processing services to the pharmaceutical industry. He also is CIO at Echelon Biosciences, leading post-merger IT initiatives and technology programs for a grant-funded research lab developing innovations toward the cure of multiple diseases and cancers.

Jay Milligan has spent his career expanding markets for mid-size and private equity backed companies around the world. His experience spans financial services, business services, energy, real estate and professional services sectors. As Chief Revenue Officer of  Stewart Title, a $2B public (STC) global title insurance and real estate services company, Jay built and executed on a revenue management strategy including enterprise sales, sales operations and marketing. Prior to that, he was a Senior Regional Director at Tatum, executing at turnaround strategy to rebuild and lead five southern U.S. offices while forming a national advisory services practice. He spent much of his career in the professional services space from KPMG to RGP, a $550M+ NASDAQ [RECN] professional services firm and Deloitte spinoff. Jay currently is CEO of KPISOFT, an enterprise performance management platform providing actionable, data-driven insights to improve performance while improving employee engagement.

RED4 continues as we expand our thinking and actions to make for a more prosperous environment in our work and more powerful connections leading to bigger and bigger opportunities, and more rewarding engagements. Breakfast and snacks are included in registration.
