Astrid Rapp has been a Chief Financial Officer for over twenty-five years.
Astrid is based out of Hamburg, Germany, and is internationally active in transformative situations where companies either have numerous problems or big opportunities to capture. Her experience has prepared her for a wide range of engagements, from spinoffs and restructuring to process optimization and implementation of ERP systems.
At the time when Astrid first started taking engagements as an interim manager, the specialty was relatively unknown in Germany making her one of the pioneers in the field and one of longest operating interim CFOs.
