Mike ran a $350 million (revenue) division of a major IT supplier as well as turned around a US subsidiary of a UK-listed entity. He has earned a reputation for delivering results. He has led from the front—unafraid to get into the nitty-gritty of complex RFPs, untiring in pursuit of new client opportunities and undeterred by adverse circumstances.

Mike has proven himself to be a strong business and P&L leader focused on growing client bases in the marketplace for both small and large companies, including ones either in distress or up for sale. He has been intimately involved, either in a technical or a management capacity, in M&A’s exceeding $1 billion.

Mike’s strengths and experiences have been particularly appealing to non-US headquartered companies trying to establish a presense in the US market. Mike recently served as CEO of PPC – turning around the McLean, VA- based consulting firm owned by AEA Technology (a London-headquartered company traded on the London Stock Exchange) and securing a buyer. Mike previously served as CEO of the US arm of a Belgium-based software application firm.

At HP, he transformed HP’s $350M Consulting and Integration Practice into a fierce competitor in the Intel and DOD markets by partnering and priming successfully in IT integration, Consulting and Software application support. His team achieved 20+% growth in revenues and profits for two consecutive fiscal years, leading corporate to ask Mike to train the company’s world-wide staffs on leadership principles and practices that lead to maximum performance.

Mike also served as CTO for a business unit focused on Homeland Security, Dept.s of State and Trans. He was responsible for all technical solutions bid to the US government, raising win rates from 25% to over 80% in a short time.
