Mike Bartikoski, Interim COOÂ
Interim COO helping to develop corporate operations strategies that drive EBITDA and return on assets within manufacturing and supply chain using LEAN methods. Mike was previously SVP of Operations at Land O’ Frost, one of the nation’s best-selling brands of pre-slices, pre-packaged deli meats. Prior to that, he served in roles ranging from COO at Roskam Baking Company to VP Global Manufacturing at the Hershey Company. In addition, Bartikoski has managed operations for a wide range of global food and beverage manufacturers, including Nestle, PepsiCo, Quaker Oats, E. & J. Gallo Winery and Coca-Cola Beverages.
Interim COO passionate about generating ideas, making them real and delivering positive results. Steve has background across e-commerce, direct selling, personal care, beauty and wellness. As COO of Beautycounter, a mission-focused personal care and cosmetics brand, he helped launch the company, growing it by over 1,500% in two years. Prior to Beautycounter, Steve led global operations at Herbalife and beauty and health and wellness company, Arbonne. Today Steve takes on interim roles in startups and mature businesses, such as Interim COO of a $500M skincare and nutritional supplements brand.
