Led payment system company revitalizing sleepy but profitable company, increasing sales from $28M to over $50M

Ownership Restructuring

Successfully led project to restructuring ownership of a large scale multi-state agricultural operations

Reduced operating cost structure $15 million per year by rationalizing manufacturing and supply chain footprint, and further reduced cost structure/liability risk through freezing of the Defined Benefits Pension Plan
