May 2nd 2017 marked the third annual meeting for the InterimExecs RED Team (Rapid Executive Deployment). Top interim executives from Manchester to Hamburg, San Francisco to New York and beyond met at William Blair’s offices in Chicago for RED3.
The event kicked off the night before at Pinstripes with cocktails and killer Bocce ball. Who knew the French were so good at petanque?
On May 2nd we welcomed RED team members ranging in specialty from CEO to CFO, COO, CIO, CMO and CSO.
The day was driven by great conversation on collaboration, working together as a team, and the expanding future for interim and fractional work for the RED Team.
Execs talked about best practices and shared insights across sectors and industries. RED Teamers glommed onto this once a year opportunity to mind-meld with kindred spirits and discuss new ways to provide value and resourceful executive teams to board members, investors and private equity funds. As Dean Samuels, Interim CIO said “I found my people”.
